By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
1. Scope of Professional Services
SafaiHub provides premium residential and commercial cleaning solutions, including deep cleaning, kitchen sanitation, office maintenance, sofa cleaning, and carpet washing. The specific details, frequencies, and add-on assignments of your cleaning service will be defined during your booking configuration sequence.
While our team strives to achieve the highest industry standards of cleanliness, results may vary depending on the age, wear, material condition, and pre-existing state of the surfaces being treated.
2. Booking, Pricing, and Payments
- Quotations: Price quotes provided via our web platform or customer support line are calculated based on standard architectural space sizes and typical cleaning requirements. SafaiHub reserves the right to modify prices on-site if the physical state or layout deviates significantly from the initial declaration.
- Payment Schedules: Payments must be fulfilled via approved digital transactions, credit card processors, or authorized cash payment channels immediately upon completion of the service session, unless prior corporate credit agreements have been authorized in writing.
- Late Interest: Unpaid balances extending past 7 working days from service delivery are subject to an administrative late fee structural penalty calculation.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Lockouts
Logistical preparations are coordinated immediately following booking validation. If you wish to postpone or cancel your scheduled appointment, you must notify SafaiHub support at least 24 hours prior to the planned service window.
Cancellations submitted within less than 24 hours of the service execution window may result in a 25% administrative cancellation fee. If our cleaning personnel arrive at the premises and are locked out, denied entry access, or left without utilities for more than 30 minutes, the appointment will be labeled a "Lockout" and the full fee pattern may remain chargeable.
4. Customer Obligations and Safety Rules
To preserve field team security and optimize operational efficacy, customers are strictly required to adhere to the following provisions:
- Utility Access: The client must guarantee constant access to operational electrical sockets and standard running water connections.
- Hazard Clearances: Dangerous environments, structurally unsound fixtures, biological contamination hazards, or loose wiring must be explicitly reported before the arriving team sets up equipment.
- Securing Assets: Highly sensitive files, valuable items, heirloom jewelry, and currency assets must be locked safely outside of our cleaning execution zone. SafaiHub assumes no tracking responsibility for missing cash or unbonded personal items left accessible.
- Pets and Minors: Domestic animals and children must be monitored safely away from active cleaning machinery, industrial detergents, and wet floor zones.
5. Damage Claims and Limited Liability
Our operational specialists are rigorously vetted and highly careful, yet accidents can occur. In instances of verified property structural damage or fixture chipping resulting directly from cleaning employee negligence:
The client must file an exhaustive damage verification request through our helpline or via email (info@safaihub.org) within 48 hours of the service completion. Failures to file reports within 48 hours completely discharges SafaiHub from liability validation workflows.
SafaiHub maintains the fundamental right to inspect damages first-hand and attempt repairs using certified restoration technicians before considering insurance settlement alternatives. SafaiHub is not liable for structural wear-and-tear, old grout disintegration, sun-faded fabric tear patterns, or loose carpet threading during clean procedures.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SafaiHub, its parent business, licensed affiliates, workers, and directors against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenditures (including attorney fees) arising directly out of your breach of these Terms or wrongful premises management conditions.
7. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms of Service at any given time. Changes will take effect immediately upon public broadcast to our platform. Continued service request submissions following such modifications signify your legal acceptance of the updated framework.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted, governed, and protected strictly in compliance with the judicial frameworks of Goa, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute pathways must be filed exclusively in courts holding territorial jurisdiction within Goa.
